We are so very grateful to Anne Bremley and Mia Littlejohn for putting us on the “Podcast Map” with the interview conducted last week. At Jaya Teas we are thrilled to be a part of this technological revolution that is taking the world by a storm.
I have to be honest, this is the first time any one has ever audio-interviewed me (its so much easier to write than be recorded as one speaks - with no opportunity to correct oneself!). So naturally when the moment came to take part in the interview I was filled with trepedition. But Anne, in her inimitable “Terry Gross” style, made me feel very comfortable. Well, you can still hear some of that trepedition in my voice as I answered Anne’s questions, but all in all I feel it went well.
Tell me what you think of the interview. And if you have any suggestions for improving my interviewing technique, please feel free to comment!
Here is the link to the interview. You will need the iTunes program, which is a cool little music program which can be downloaded free. Once you have downloaded the program, simply click here and let the program do its work. Be patient because my interview is towards the end of the podcast. But the entire podcast is quite interesting, with a couple other interesting guests, including a writer and a chef from London! Enjoy!
And to Anne and Mia, thank you, thank you!! We really appreciate your help and attention!

People have written to us asking us what does the caddy look like! I am sorry, I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before!! So here we go, prospective customers, here is the caddy, in all its wonderful glory.
A great thing about this packaging is that the caddy is quite sturdy, and airtight. So, the tea does not come in contact with air untill you open the caddy. And that happens only when you cut open the PVC pouch inside the caddy. I will post some pictures of the pvc pouch also shortly.
The bid caddy is the caddy in which you get your tea, but when you order a sampler, the tea is sent in the baby caddy.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to send in your comments.

This holiday season, start a new tradition of serving the Apple tea from Jaya Teas. Apple tea is a wonderful beverage that can be enjoyed by all including the children. The delicate flavor of apple, and the delicious taste of tea will go over very well with your family members.
Apple tea is easy to brew. Simply add a flat tea spoon of the Apple tea to a cup of boiling water that has been allowed to sit for 2 minutes. Cover the cup to prevent loosing all the flavor. Steep for 3-5 minutes, longer if you like to drink it with milk. Add sugar to taste, and thats it!
Simple, but delicious!
