A study publshed in the renouwned Journal, Archives of Internal Medicine, demonstrated that drinking black tea can reduce the risk of Ovarian cancer.

The authors of the study followed over 60,000 women over a period of 15 years and found that there was a direct correlation between the number of teas consumed and reduction in risk of ovarian cancer. In short, compared to the women who did not drink tea, the women who consumed one cup of tea per day had a 18% reduction in risk, which further improved to a 46% reduction for woman who consumed 2 cups or more.

Dr. Bill seems to agree! He suggests adding “stevia” for sweeting of tea. I have never used stevia before, but if you have, leave me a post.
